During the evening, we will look at the causes of stress and signs and symptoms, talk about what happens physically in the body, offer some simple and practical techniques and strategies for stress management and prevention, and provide some further resources those who want to investigate further.
Two practitioners will be describing their approaches to stress management. Malcolm Couldridge will be talking from a psychotherapy viewpoint and Ceri Crick discussing the contribution Reflexology can make.
