Harpenden Farmers' Market - January 2012

HCH held a stall at the Harpenden Farmers' Market in January and the group was met with lots of interest. HCH was promoted by great gathering of members in the morning and afternoon. we handed out a few hundred HCH Directories to those who expressed an interest in what we are doing.

With the amount of concentrated footfall from people who already seem to take an interest in healthy, nutritious food we connected with an audience who are ready to listen and absorb what we have to say. Thanks to Gillian Brown for organising this event.

Harpenden Health Fair - October 2010

Just to let you know that the HCH stall was overwhelmingly popular at the recent Harpenden Health Fair. 9 members worked tirelessly to promote Complementary Therapies in general and the group in particular.  440 attendees to the fair included a cross-section of the public, many with conditions that would benefit from our treatments, some who tried therapy tasters and many who left armed with information. We gave out nearly 100 directories and flyers with the website address and details of our upcoming events. There was also particular interest from the Practice GPs, the mayor and the local MP.
